You retain ownership of uploaded content, including exam images and related materials. By uploading, you grant us and our subprocessors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transform content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service. Paid plans renew according to selected billing cycles unless cancelled in the billing portal before renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges, and currency conversion costs imposed by payment providers or financial institutions.

If a paid subscription starts after a trial, billing begins according to the plan terms shown at checkout.

Our aggregate liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid in the previous twelve months for the relevant account.
